    Beef Brisket

    Cooked 2 8lbs briskets wrapped in tin foil with Williamson House rib rub and red sauce on my Grill Man grill (Got it from Jimmy) for 3 hr. and 45 mins @ 300. Unwrapped, cooked 15 mins at 450. let rest for 15 mins, Adell cut one with a fork, I think it's best I have ever cooked or eaten.....;-}
