    Ned’s Award-Winning “Sweet Wings”

Watch for a new product recipe coming soon! One of our customers just won 1st place in the Wings division and he shared his secret using our products with me. I tried it out last night…excellent!  I’ll refine and post the recipe shortly. It’s well worth it!!!

I haven't forgot :). The forums were having some problems which I think are resolved now.

Re: Just in time for the Super Bowl!

Recipe courtesy of customer 'Chef Ned' (in Ned's own words):

    Ned's Sweet Wings

Make sure your wings are thawed out completely

Cover the wings in a generous amount of Williamson House rib rub

Put the wings in a zip lock bag in the frig over night

Put the wings in a aluminum pan and seal the top with a sheet of aluminum

Put the pan in your grill (or oven) at 300 degrees

Cook till the wings are almost done, they should be moist and tender, about 45 mins

Take the wings out of the pan and place on the grill

Cook till brown and slightly crisp with the grill on high

Baste with Williamson House Red sauce and cook till the sauce thickens and is sticky

This will make the best wings you will ever eat, make a lot people love’em

    Thanks Ned!
