As you’re going to find out, I love to cook and grill out. No matter what the temperature is outside, I love firing up the grill year-round (OK, in NC the winters aren’t that bad!). With all the cooking I do, I like to consider myself a pretty good cook and know what I like.
I‘m sure you’re going to start to see a pattern with my posts. I love beef (my food pyramid includes a separate ‘beef’ category, and I’m sure all the doctors out there would love to get my cholesterol count!). Probably one of my favorite things to cook is smoked brisket. There’s nothing more satisfying than taking one of the toughest cuts of meat and make it melt in your mouth! More on that later.
I’m going to start sharing some of the recipes and techniques that I like to use. Are you going to agree with everything that I say? Probably not. Just as in everything, there are people who know more than I do and I welcome all your comments. But you will get some great recipes ideas and grilling techniques.
